- COMING FALL 2024 -
SHAPE - SHARPEN - TRANSFORM
SPORT SKILL CLASSES

In the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, sport skill development is a fundamental component that underpins an athlete's progress through various stages of their athletic journey. Skill development is not merely about acquiring basic techniques but involves a comprehensive approach to mastering the physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects of sport.

Sport skill development is essential for nurturing athletic talent and ensuring long-term success. The LTAD model emphasizes a systematic and progressive approach to skill acquisition, tailored to the athlete's age and developmental stage. This approach ensures that athletes build a strong foundation of skills that can be refined and specialized as they mature.

The following are our current offerings for the upcoming Fall 2024 semester. Stay tuned for additional skill classes and clinics that will seek to extend to additional sport offerings as we seek to develop a one stop shop for the multi-sport athlete.
