JUSTIN NEEF

Justin is an owner and co-founder of Forge Athletics and Recreation and a seasoned business professional with over 17 years of experience in business management. He has achieved multiple levels of achievements in sales and been elected to various leadership councils. Justin was born and raised in the Midlothian community and has been in the community for over 35 years.

After his graduation from Midlothian High School in 2006, Justin attended Tarleton State University and graduated from Texas Tech University. During his time in Midlothian, Justin played baseball for the Midlothian Panthers, where he achieved All-District and All-State Academic Honors. He was provided the opportunities to play the game of baseball at the collegiate level.

Now, being a dad of two boys in this community, Justin aims to give back to the community by providing a space where youth athletes can not only train to become better athletes in their specific sport, but also be an influence in the shaping and sharpening of the generations to come. Justin has a passion for sports and the
outdoors and enjoys working with youth to share his knowledge, coach and train.
