Jackson Glenn is a baseball development coach driven by a passion for helping athletes grow not just as players, but as people. A former standout at Grayson College (2017-2018) and Dallas Baptist University (2019-2021), he helped lead the Patriots to a Super Regional appearance in 2021. That season, he hit .366 with 21 home runs and 19 doubles, earning Second Team All-American honors and winning the prestigious Bobby Bragan Collegiate Slugger of the Year Award.

Following his collegiate career, Jackson was selected in the 5th round of the 2021 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates and spent four seasons playing professionally in their organization. reaching the AAA level. Now as a coach, he specializes in hitting and fielding development, with intentional focus on both the physical and mental side of the game. He believes that building up with athletes with confidence and freedom can be a difference maker, allowing them to love the game, have a desire for continued improvement, and ultimately achieve success.

For Jackson, coaching is about more than baseball. His mission is to instill character and discipline in every athlete he works with; values that are deeply rooted in his relationship with Jesus.
